Approach
A point of view.
An open record.
A resource, not an independent rating.
This site is not a government publication, an independent fact-checking service, or legal advice. It makes the underlying public records easier to find and read. Its explanations are editorial interpretations, not recommendations on how to vote.
Site owner: No on Amendment 84.
This is a review edition hosted on workers.dev, not the final production domain. Search indexing is disabled while the site is under review.
Three things we keep separate.
- The record
- Excerpts are identified by document and location and linked to the originals. Capitalization is preserved. A short excerpt does not replace the full record.
- Our explanation
- The short answers, context, and labeled tables make the records easier to read. They are not official government statements or independent verdicts.
- The limits
- An estimate is not a guarantee. A proposed constitutional amendment is not an enacted amendment. Each answer includes the relevant conditions, uncertainty, or policy judgment.
Start with the originals.
The source register includes the Secretary of State ballot listing and registered committees, the final filed Initiative #362 text, the 2026 Blue Book analysis, arguments, and cost estimate, and the Secretary of State’s rejected-ballot guidance. Committee listings and estimates can change after the date checked.
Open the source registerPrivacy: this draft has no forms, analytics, cookies, session replay, or browser storage. Fonts are served locally. Question search and topic filters work in your browser. Their URL fragments are not sent to the server, and selections are not saved. External source links take you to the source publisher’s website.
